Overview

Since most of our products are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns. However, if the item received is defective/damaged upon delivery, our exchange policy can be applied if we determine that the damage was not as a result of the buyers fault. In this instance, buyer has up to 30 days to contact us for an exchange of the item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us. Email [email protected] for instructions on how to initiate an exchange.

Refunds

However, in certain situation, we may offer a store credit/coupon for future purchases on our website

Sale items

Only regular priced items may qualify for such. Sale items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Exchanges
